It's a great little Asian salad dressing to try at home.........it makes plenty but can be kept in the fridge!
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup water(& chopped red chilli, if you like a bit of heat)
Combine all ingredients in a large screw top jar, leave for an hour or so, strain, pop back in the jar and into the fridge, and there you have it, a yummy Asian style dressing to go with your favourite Asian salad.
